Prof. Balkrishna Rajaram Tambe, B.E.(Mech) with Distinction from Govt. College of Engineering, Karad, having wide practical experience of working in Mechanical Engineering Industries producing Precision Components & Gauges as well as in HRD & Training as “Manager” & “Department” incharge alongwith Teaching Mechanical Engineering and Managament subjects in reputed Engineering Institutions for more than 30 years, presently a resident of Pimple Gurav, near Pune City.

Did his Primary, Secondary and Pre-Graduation technical Education in Dhule City of Maharashtra State of India. He Belongs to the Family of Great Freedom Fighter The Rani of Zanshi. After carrying out about 15 years of indepth study and research of both Conventional Chess and Traditional Abacus came up with improved, modern versions of both of them and named them as Modern Chess 100 and Man-Ganak respectively. He has been granted Copy-right form of Intellectual Property rights for both of them by the Copyright Office of the Government of India, New Delhi, vide their Registeratio Nos. L/77314/2018 & L/74522/2018 respectively and applicable to all member countries of WIPO, the products of which are now being made available for entire humanity of the world for brain enhancement through gaming.

As mentioned in the Constitution of India, section 51-A it is the fundamental duty of every citizen to develop the scientific temper, humanism and spirit of inquiry and reform. However due to certain wrong notions it appears to have been neglected by many. This might have resulted in the country falling behind the world leaders in the fields of technology and sciences. This could have affected the growth of the country.

Prof. B. R. Tambe took a cue from this and volunteered to offer his services to improve the basic need for the benefit of the country. He is trying to contribute for improvement in understanding of children in the field of basic mathematics and logical thinking through his organization.

The activities of his organization include designing and development, production, distribution of devices for young students to play, enjoy and learn how to do basic mathematical operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division easily, quickly, mentally by providing training them at minimal cost. Also by promoting the game of Chess of the Modern version. Both Modern Chess 100 and Man-Ganak have been re-invented for the first time after their said first introduction some 1400 to 2000 years ago.
